Our Civil Wedding – The Perfect Day

On a beautiful sunny Saturday in May, David and I shared vows surrounded by our family, a mere dozen of us total. Within record timing of a less than a month of planning, logistical challenges and endless help, we pulled off a beautiful and simple civil wedding in downtown Toronto. It was important to us to step into parenthood as husband and wife so this was essential before our baby arrived. We were overwhelmed by the love, gratitude and happiness that filled that day and considered it perfect in every way.
